COMMUNICATION AND WORK PROGRESS
I will provide you with work progress updates at the following steps:
1. Sketch
2. Clean-up / Line Art
3. Overall Painting
4.Final Render- After each update, the buyer must confirm with the artist that the artwork matches their preferences before the artist proceeds to the next step.
- This ensures minimal major changes and a smoother working experience for both parties.REVISIONS
I provide revisions at each stage of the work progress as follows:
1. Sketch (3 major revisions and minor revisions)
2. Clean-up / Line Art (3 major revisions and minor revisions)
3. Overall Painting (3 minor revisions)
4. Final Render (3 minor revisions)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
For commercial use purchases, the buyer has full rights to the artwork.
However, they cannot claim to be the creator of the artwork; the artist still receives credit as the one who created it.REFUNDS
After the first update of the 'Sketch' phase, the buyer cannot ask for refunds.By sending inquiries to the artist, the buyer acknowledges understanding and agrees with the terms of service.
